Our aim is to provide Learning and Training Opportunities to young enthusiastic chefs from Malta and beyond, to strengthen their knowledge and practical skills, in order to build a chef community proud of its potentials, and guide the interested candidates through specialised training and participate in prestigious culinary events.

Glory and Trophies for team CHEFMALTA, who in Cosenza, Italy, came out triumphant with the re confirmation of the winner of the Trofeo Pollini, an annual event that sees Italy's best student chefs compete in this grand event.
The CHEFMALTA team performed to perfection to achieve amazing results in this chefs' battle. Cold Kitchen, Hot Practical Kitchen, Pastry and 4 course meal , where the categories in which the team took part.
Grabbing the best overall trophy for the Team event, and Best overall trophy for the Pastry Section, runner-up in the Hot practical kitchen, and runner up in the Cold Kitchen section, this was surely a result to remember and to be proud of.
Team chefmalta was composed by Joseph Vella, Gordon Amato, Keith Cassar, Jesmond Borg, Ryan Vella, Casey Fenech, Adriana Schembri, Max Brincat, Timothy Zammit and George Attard.
The team was assisted by Ivan Mallia and Rodney Cauchi.
